Remember that eating should be a pleasure! Our bodies need a whole range of different food types for recovery and health — the secret is to know what you're eating and strike the right balance. If you suffer with other medical conditions, such as renal or cardiac problems or diabetes, or depending on your medication, you should obtain additional dietary advice from your doctor.
