Dansac Nova 2 Drainable

The Dansac Nova 2 drainable pouches are specially designed for ileostomates. All the pouches feature a triple layer filtration system. The wide 70mm outlet ensures easy drainage. All pouches are available in symmetrical and anatomical (asymmetrical) versions to ensure wearing comfort no matter where the stoma is located. Both are available in opaque and clear versions.

Product Description

Filter
The Dansac Nova 1 unique design completely protects your filter from becoming obstructed (occluded) by faeces. As a result, Dansac have the only drainable pouches in Australia and New Zealand that allows for gas to pass continuously through the filter day and night.

An outside teflon membrane prevents leakage through the filter and completely protects the filter from outside moisture. The filter is shielded by multiple film layers.

In addition, Dansac Nova 1 and 2 are the only drainable pouches that do not require a filter patch when showering or swimming.

Backing
Dansac Nova 2 has a water-repellent fabric that remains dry.

Pouch Film
Embossed surfaces create minute air pockets which reduce static and pancaking in the pouch as well as minimising noise.

Closure
By clamp or soft wire tie.
