Pty Ltd is the sole
importer and primary
distributor
of Dansac products in Australia
and
New Zealand, hereafter referred
to as Dansac.
Dansac
is covered
by 10 National
Privacy Principles, the NPPs,
as set out in the Privacy Act
1988 (as amended
by the Privacy Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000).
To
comply with
our obligations
under the NPPs we have a Privacy
Policy, which sets out how we
manage privacy
in our organisation. You are
welcome to receive more information
about the

As
responsible
corporate
citizens
we appreciate
the importance
of confidentiality. This part
of the obligation remains
unchanged by this privacy policy.
The
privacy policy
deals
with your additional
right to privacy
and is independent of our contractual
and
ethical obligations.

Dansac wishes to implement obligations

do not contract
out data storage
or processing
functions.

and the Therapeutic
Goods
Act 1989 that

trace, as best

of our products.

are not obliged

not to provide
Dansac
with
the

name, address,
contact
details and
medical condition
we may not

able to
provide you
